Nina Skozlas joined JJ Burns & Company in 2026 as a Client Service Associate. She works closely with both the Operations and Financial Planning teams, helping keep client information organized and accurate, preparing client meetings, and supporting the advisors and planners behind the scenes. She enjoys being part of the many moving pieces that go into creating a great client experience.
Nina earned her M.S. in Marketing with a concentration in Marketing Analytics from Baruch College and her B.S. in Business Management with a specialization in Finance from Stony Brook University.
On the personal side
A Long Island native, Nina has always enjoyed spending time with family and friends, going on long walks with her golden retriever, Winnie, and trying new restaurants. She’s currently working toward becoming certified in mat Pilates and enjoys staying active through working out. She’s always up for a good dinner, a day by the water, or finding a new place to explore.
What Nina brings to the table
Nina is the type of person who can turn a simple weekend into a full itinerary. She loves planning ahead, finding new places to try, and making sure there’s always something fun on the calendar. Whether it’s organizing a dinner with friends, planning a day trip, or putting together the perfect weekend, she’s happiest when she has a plan and usually a backup plan, too.
