Grant Christensen is Assistant Portfolio Manager at JJ Burns & Company. He works to implement new internal processes and enhance the firm’s cash management. Grant also aids with daily portfolio management duties, including assisting with asset allocation proposals and portfolio construction. Financial planning has always been a keen interest of his, and he’s eager to continue growing his career.
Grant earned a B.S in Finance and Financial Planning & Wealth Management from the University of Delaware in Newark.
On the personal side
A Long Island native, Grant grew up in Huntington. He’s passionate about weightlifting and good nutrition. His adventurous side really expanded during his study “abroad” in Hawaii. While diligently hitting the books, Grant also found time to go skydiving, jump off waterfalls, drive up Haleakala volcano, go surfing, and watch Bethany Hamilton—aka Soul Surfer—compete at Banzai pipeline.
